Lol what a bizarre letter "we realize you're probably upset"

Applied for MA originally. Accepted for MA and was also offered direct admit to Ph.D. program.

Email from the department.

Canadian with two Canadian degrees, MSc (4.0/4.0) from U of T. Received email from the grad coordinator's delegate, invitation to wine and dine, acceptance package should be mailed out this week.

Updated for clarity from previous. Currently an MSc student here. Found official letter from Grad Chair. $23,500 for 4 years guaranteed, option to extend to a 5th but on a case by case basis. Guaranteed TAship for 4 years. Going to decline as I have better offers.

Does anyone know when Anthro MA applicants will hear back? Most other programs have responded...

To the poster below. I received this e-mail from the department on March 2nd: "The Master's applications are currently being reviewed and we will communicate with the applicants as soon as possible once the admission decisions have been made. We expect that we will have information to communicate by end of next week." I still haven't been contacted, anyone else?

To the poster below. I received an e-mail from SGS requesting my official transcripts tonight. I guess that means another two weeks of waiting...

Has anyone else heard anything/received a request for transcripts?

I haven't received an email for official transcripts. That must be a good thing for you, yeah? So anxious, lol.

I received a request for official transcripts last night, as did others. Today I received an e-mail from one of the professors in the department congratulating me and saying that I will be receiving my official offer shortly. My SGS login application site thing still reads "under review". So I suspect they are waiting for my official transcripts to arrive in order to give me my formal acceptance. Best of luck to everyone still waiting! Hopefully you will receive some kind of notice shortly.

Received request for official transcripts March 13th. E-mailed today (March 14th) will receive admission package next week.
