I'm thrilled to bits but biting my nails regarding funding information, which is supposed to come mid-March.

Canadian undergraduate student

I am very excited and just found out via email, and will get an official letter in a week. For hopefuls, looking into program here are my stats: I am an English and Business commnications undergrad at York. I submitted my application February 8. My cGPA is 3.3, last two years is 3.7(maybe higher). I had work and volunteer experience related to the field (information and knowledge translation and design). I used 3 referees (two profs, and 1 manager), I picked projects relating to information fieId, so that the profs could write about how I was ready for the field. researched for about a year before I wrote my letter, so I knew exactly what I would do with my degree. Undergrad student from UofT Faculty of Architecture. GPA just met the cut off. Used a portfolio from my undergrad work (not mandatory, just linked it to the committee for a stronger application), and three references.

To Poster Below: I have also applied to the Master of Information program. I haven't heard anything back yet, only an email stating to wait until 2nd of March. Good luck!

iSchool applicant - To posters below: Received an email saying complete applications should receive a response ON OR BEFORE March 3rd. I also received an email inviting me to the iSchool "Open house" event.

In response to poster below: Application Fee paid as soon as application opened - Application complete with all documents Mid-November

To Information Posters Below: Submitted my payment mid-January, all documents in by end of January. I was also invited to the open house and the email in regards to when I should receive a response was sent by Andrea DiBiase

Has anyone contacted or heard back from iSchool, whether international or Canadian? Its taking them forever :/

Anyone heard anything yet? Applied before the early deadline. We're probably all going to get responses on March 3rd...

iSchool applicants, how about we spam them with questions regarding our acceptances :P I hope they don't pass the March 3rd deadline...

Domestic Student - High last year average about 3.8 GPA, first three years not so good lol -- Work experience in a library setting as well as strong references. Good luck to all of you and see you in the fall
