TOTALLY SURPRISED AND EXCITED! My GRE scores were lower than what they require- just shows good recommendations and essays DO matter, so don't stress out over the GREs!

got the Email from the POI, but haven't got the official offer.

No idea, haven't received any response to any emails or phone calls.

UT-Austin was way too late getting back. It feels like they stole my application fee. The acceptance deadlines have passed at many other universities. I have already interviewed for assistantships at UIUC and accepted an offer, started academic advising, and I pretty much know what my schedule will be in the fall for work and classes.
