I received an unofficial notice from Robin Sherwood that I was rejected. I was told that I will receive a formal notification in the coming weeks.

3.95 MA GPA. Received a response to my email checking in with the DGS, "Thank you for reaching out, and for your patience in awaiting this reply. You will be receiving a message from our admissions office soon, but for now I can confirm that we are unfortunately unable to offer you a spot in our Ph.D. program for next year. The admissions committee extends its best wishes to you in your future academic and professional endeavors." Wished the department best, it hurts a lot less now that I have an acceptance in hand somewhere else! 1a/1w/0i/13r/8p

Emailed to check the portal. Will probably accept if I can afford it

Rejected after interview from CAMB MVP. Heartbreaking and feel like it was because of the NIH cuts

UG at Tier 1 College from India.

Biochemistry BS, 2.5 years undergraduate research experience, 2 publications (3rd and 4th author), 7 months full-time professional research experience, 2 years experience TA & STEM tutor I have been meeting with one of the Penn Pals through the pharm program to talk about the application process and she was able to tell me what to expect. This "Penn Pals" opportunity pairs you with a current student for mentorship through the application process.

Was notified of invitation for interview on 02/01/2025 via email. Interviewees could select from different timeslots between 02/06/2025 - 03/03/2025. I imagine we'll start to hear back about admission results after the first week of march.

Rejected but they countered with an offer for admission to the MS with a scholarship.

Heartbroken; this was my dream program. GPA is from my most recent Masters. Congratulations to those who end up invited to join!
