I am an international applicant with a mediocre GRE score V: 155 Q: 165 AW: 4.0. I don't have any publications. This has been my biggest weakness when applying. I tried to cover up my weakness with strong recommendation letters, 2 years of research experiences. I also have a pretty extreme personal story related to my research. Last, I participated in a conference where my POI delivered a lecture. I related this conference experience when sending a contact email. Good Luck with your applications all of you. |
