finally rejected after not being updated on my status for more than four months. relieved.

[NOT WL] What happened in LA?? I've never got any notifications from those schools. It means IR or IWL??

(not interview) There was no communication from the school and no update on my portal as well...I guess I will wait until tmr and email the program to ask about my status:/probably a rejection but I want to be sure before I accept other offers

[Not a WL] TPB; has anything changed in your portal? I emailed UCLA to inquire about my status since I've heard nothing for 4 months. Got replied today that they have released all decisions for completed applications, and the applicant should be able to view the decisions in the portal. Meanwhile, there's still nothing updated in the portal. What a mess!

(not an interview) TBP: I e-mailed them several days ago and got this: We have started to send out acceptance and rejections, but still have a handful of applications that are going through the final review process. If you haven't heard from us, chances are, your application is in its final review stage. We received a large number of applications this year, and thus, require the time to thoroughly review each applications. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline as to when we will be able to provide final decisions for all our applicants. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. I honestly don't know what they are thinking...:(

Not WL. What is going on UCLA? Is there anyone who contacted to them? I didn't heard anything from them. No update on web. Is it IR or WL?

received an unofficial email today with the offer letter. does anyone know if UCLA provides funding for its MQE program?

Not waitlist, sent an email to UCLA, and here is their reply: Thank you for your email. We are currently reviewing all completed application and hope to provide applicants with an update as soon as we are able to. We received a high volume of applicants to our program, and thus, require time to thoroughly review each and every applications. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline as to when we are able to provide an update for your application specifically. We are working as diligently as possible and hope to provide an update to all of our applicants soon. We thank you for your patience.

I have seen several rejections, so I went to the portal but there is no letter. Does this mean implied WL or IR? This is my top choice left...

No email. Checked website and saw decision letter. They were the only program I applied to that didn't accept fall semester grades. A**holes.
