University of California (UCLA) Philosophy Graduate School Admission Results

I was on the waitlist and have since been offered admission into the program. I've accepted and am now ecstatic! Sean Walsh has been extremely helpful.

QUESTION: Has anyone heard anything about (movement on) the UCLA waitlist or been in contact with Sean Walsh recently?

COMMENT - to the folk below who reported acceptance by UCLA: congrats & thank you for sharing that! Would you mind if I ask whether this is an acceptance off the waitlist? I'm just someone who is on their waitlist and was hoping to avoid unnecessary waiting.

If you are planning on declining your offer, please do so rather than later! Really hoping to go here

I met with Sean Walsh via Zoom. He was approachable and helpful in my determination should I be offered admission to the program.

It (almost) goes without saying: if you've been waitlisted or accepted, yet plan on declining, please do so!

Received a very nice email from the department. Has some details about funding but not all. Very surprising email for me as I thought I had already been rejected.
