Very mediocre gpa from top-20ish school. Good GRE. 2.5 years postgrad research w/ 3 papers; 4 years undergrad research w/ 2 papers. Local to Seattle.

Expected. Applied straight out of undergrad. Mediocre GPA. 2.5 years research experience. 2 publications. Ah well, hopefully good news is on the way soon :)

2.5 yrs of undergrad lab experience, 6 mos post-bac; five publications (2 first author); not stellar gpa but strong community involvement and good letters of rec; >6 poster sessions and 2 short talks
