University Of Toronto Graduate School Admission Results

U of T undergraduate in computer science. Multiple internships, research experience, TA'd CSC148/CSC373, very high CS grades.

Anyone else receive this? Looks like some people called in today and earlier in the week to get results. Dear PhD applicants: Greetings from the Department of Political Science. Because many of you have been wondering, I am sending this email to confirm our timeframe for response to our PhD applicants. We have our admissions meeting tomorrow and will send out our first round of offers early next week. If you are being admitted in the first round you will hear from us by Tuesday of next week. We will email all remaining applicants between Tuesday and the end of next week. This includes applicants who are being waitlisted or refused admission. Unfortunately, we won’t have a ranked waitlist so we are unable to let applicants know where you stand on the waitlist. We give our admitted applicants two weeks from the date of our offer to reply and at the end of this time the admissions committee will revisit the waitlist and decide on further offers. I hope this helps. Unfortunately I may not be able to reply to responses to this email due to email traffic on other fronts but I just wanted to let you all know our timing. Got the offer this morning :) I am over the moon

I received a request for official transcripts last night, as did others. Today I received an e-mail from one of the professors in the department congratulating me and saying that I will be receiving my official offer shortly. My SGS login application site thing still reads "under review". So I suspect they are waiting for my official transcripts to arrive in order to give me my formal acceptance. Best of luck to everyone still waiting! Hopefully you will receive some kind of notice shortly.

SGS still says until 'under review' but just checked on ROSI/ACORN and both say invited for MI 2017/2018 start date. super excited but still awaiting funding/scholarship info.

Congratulations to those who got informed by UoT, if you have otherchoices and plan to turn down UoT I'd be really appreciated if you do that in your earliest convenience. Anyone knows the deadline of decision?

Unhappily rejected as I graduate from UofT this spring (architecture undergrad) with good grades and an excellent portfolio. Best advice I can give you is to get references from professors within the program.

Emailed Andrea for an update. Was notified that I was currently on a waitlist due to the dramatic increase in number of applications. Hoping for the best

To the poster below who was recently admitted to MPP at Utoronto, I also applied to Ryerson's MPPA program. What did you find appealing at Ryerson compared to U of T?

ive been reading that it says invited on rosi and thats how people know they are accepted. i want to know where exactly does it say invited? my "financial status as of june 5, 2017" says "account status" :active does this mean something? does anyone else have this and got rejected?is this what people mean by invited or that is something else?
