For those still waiting, just hang in there for a bit longer, Covid-19 is no doubt causing delays. Here's a snippet from the e-mail: "Given that I am preparing the offers from home it is taking me a little longer than normal. That said, if you do not receive the offer of admission from me via email by late-April please let me know". I'm a canadian applicant with an H.BSc from U of T in psychology (specialist) and philosophy (major).
