I think the something must have gone wrong, but I think it is not fair for them not to return calls/emails. Many people have had a hard time communicating with them. I think that is what really bothers everybody. This whole it will be out by today and then not fulfilling that commitment. There should be more dialog and honesty. Also what is early part of the week, does that include wed. or will it really be tom......and hopefully thursday is not part of their early week. |
