Computer Science, Stanford University Being Considered For MS We will consider applications for the PhD-to-MS process after applicants who directly applied to the MSCS program have been reviewed. Toward the end of April, PhD-MS applicants will be offered admission on a space availability basis. Therefore not all of applicants who indicated interest can be considered and the last decision might be made as late as August 2010.
