Ignore waitlist. Has anybody heard back from Northeastern University?

AMO experiment. Informal email from POI. Met with him online before application. No official interview.

Did an interview on 2/2. Got accepted on the next day. High Energy Theory and Condensed Matter Theory.

Ignore Waitlist. Has anyone heard back from Northwestern? Do we have to wait for rejections till mid-April? hep-th here.

Emailed the rejection. Subfield is QIS/AMO. No publications. This was the most graceful rejection in this season. Really sad after this rejection.

Please decline your NW offer if you are not planning to attend. I will be forever grateful. It looks like this is my last hope.

Over a year of research with a Nobel laureate, as well as an outstanding letter from him. On the other hand, I had a 1 quarter academic suspension.

Ignore Waitlist. Northwestern is not responding. Any idea when will they declare results? Or should I consider rejection at this point of time.

Already posted, but now officially accepted the offer. So if anyone is on the UMass(Amherst) or Brandeis waitlist and in HEP-ex, you may be getting an offer soon.

hep-th. Got an invitation for open house yesterday and got an offer today. Admitted with an yearly stipend of $40,323, teaching assistantship and a tuition waiver equivalent to $60,480 and funding for Northeastern's Student Health Insurance Plan (NUSHP). I would be taking this

Hep-th. Received an invitation to open house yesterday. I then replied to Nancy for a status update. This morning, She said the decisions were delayed for international students cause they reviewed transcripts very late. So, I guess results may come late for us compared to domenstic. I got an acceptance from the portal after the response from Nancy. Now, I am having a hard choice between NEU and TAMU.

Does anyone got any open house email from. Northerneastern on March 19. I havent recieved any status of my application and got an email for open house.

If you do not plan to attend Northwestern, please decline the offer soon. I do not have any other offers yet. :(

Was told I was waitlisted a week ago, how strange. Still happy though :)
