Got an email from chairs of admissions committee, second round offers will be made around 10th April (quite late)

Ignore interview. Those who are accepted, how much fellowship are you given at NYU Economics?

Submitted my official transcript via email and saw that my portal got updated!

I emailed the program office to know about my results and this is what they wrote, "Hi, At this time all admit and waitlist decisions have gone out." So basically all those who haven't heard from NYU as yet are implicitly rejected!

I think its an acceptance!? Email asking if I have dominating offers and that they'd make a formal offer if I was still interested in their program.
