Received an email from the director of graduate studies, they said they were impressed with my package but the professor I indicated as a possible dissertation advisor was not available for graduate advising.

It was not a good fit, obviously.

Interview conducted on 6th January 2025.

Undergraduate chemistry major. 4.0 in five philosophy classes as a non-degree student. Placed in "wait-list group 3" (any idea what that means?).
