Kind email from the chair saying that the interview invitations have already sent out. They have heard back form all of the candidates that they interested in. Expected as after all not a good fit.

GPA is MA. Same as the previous notification.Initially was so hopeful last year, and now actually is a relief because I have better plans outside academia. Turns out what you missed might redirect you to a more suited career. Hope everyone who's being rejected have whatever is better for them ahead

Received a phone call letting me know of my unofficial acceptance. They were so impressed with my application they decided to grant me my doctorate on the spot, fast tracked me to emeretus professor and sent me 100 Subway vouchers for 50% off footlongs

Kinda expected,. I felt. this school was a reach.
