I have a MS from MIT, but still..

There was a lab here that I found really interesting, so it's kind of a bummer...but I've already accepted a great offer elsewhere, so not a *huge* bummer. Good luck to other applicants!

No quantitative background.

Did anyone mail the admissions dept. To ask for exact date or week for result. People at Stanford said this week and the results were out today! What about the 'Pi' day thing MIT has for undergrads? Nothing for graduate admissions!

Interviewed Feb 10. Finally it came after the long wait! Super awesome! Those who are still waiting in some limbo or another - don't give up yet!

Finally, but I got to be honest - I almost had given up hope. Awesome program!

I hear a rumor that sometimes they waitlist folks in hopes of getting funding later, anyone know what the ratio of waitlisted folks who get later accepted vs. rejected?
