Ignore Waitlist. I received the GTAccount (alphanumeric string) a couple of weeks back (Not sure if that means anything), but have not heard back from them yet. They sent out a few rejects (Lorraine/Shenzen admits on April 3), but I did not receive anything. Is anyone in a similar situation?

Apart from GradCafe are there any other websites for ECE especially?

Rejected from Atlanta, offered admission to Lorraine and Shenzen campuses. Already got better offers. A little bummed as it was my dream university.

Wtf is going on? Have had 0 communication from the dept or the profs. Does anyone have any clue what's taking them so long to roll out the decision? It's already April 1!!! Feels like taken for granted..just say it's a reject already, so we can move on.

Received an email that the status has been updated. Unexpectedly surprised! Super excited. Have 7yoe in industry. GPA 3.02 in physics from the top tech university in Russia. Took CS master's degree courses online in another US university - GPA 4.0 overall. Looking for the social group for admitted to GaTech.

Went to GT for undergrad (different major). Worth the wait (kinda)! Leaning towards taking it.

Received an email to check the status update on the portal. Elated!

Internships at Western Digital and Globalfoundries, two research experience, and one teaching assistant position. Undergrad at top 30 US school (RPI). One conference paper. Multiple Cs and Ds in core classes during sophomore year but had all As and Bs past two semesters.

No email. Just happened to check the portal and the update was posted. Good luck to everyone else.
