Emory University Graduate School Admission Results

My first admit! Biochemistry major/math minor, 2 years of academic research in mol bio and physical chemistry, 2 six-month internships at biotech companies, I'm assuming strong LORs and personal statement, >3.5GPA. Emory did not accept GRE scores this cycle.

Actually I do not understand of my rejection by emory. I come from one of the top schools in China, also have a honor degree towards chemistry. I have three papers accepted, including 2 second authorship and 1 forth authorship, as well as another paper as the first authorship being reviewed by ChemPlusChem. Additionally, I have four every strong ROLs from my professors, including one ROL from a UC Los Angeles professor. All in all, good luck to those who have been admitted by Emory University, enjoy yourself there ! If I had the chance again, I would not apply for Emory again, it is not worthy for me to do this.

Email says there are 350 applicants applying for 30 positions.

A research presentation. 2 publications in progress. Currently working in a clinical lab. 2 years research

Accepted! No interview first. Recruitment days March 7-9. Over 500 applicants this year. Email was somewhat customized to my application, so might take a bit for each person,
