Why are the EPFL results delayed so much this year. Did anyone write to the university about the delay?

Not from EU/UK. 1 conference paper + 2 in submission. High GPA and good projects. One LOR from EPFL. Unexpected.

[Not WL] Did anyone receive an email saying that "EPFL's answer to your admission request" has been attached, but there is no attachment in the email?

TTPB, I received a mail from EPFL saying: "You will find attached EPFL's answer to your admission request for one of its Master's programs. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors" However there is no letter attached. What does this mean?
