Mathematical and Numerical relativity. 3 yrs of research experience in GR, thesis at UW Madison and then 6 months very specific research project on NR and gwaves at Penn state. Very strong LOR's. No publications yet.

Did any international student receive any updates after his interview yet? I see that someone did receive an acceptance on 5th of February, can you tell us when did you have your interview?

Generic rejection letter. Kinda relieved. Probably wasn't gonna accept the offer anyway, I don't think I could live in a small city. Already have a fully-funded PhD offer from another school in Boston. It saved me from the trouble of choosing between the two. Good luck to you all, hope it works out well for you. :)

Rejected after the interview. A generic email from the program administrator. I am kinda sad, but it is okay, I have an interview with another school, and a school that did not respond yet, hope it works out.

To Ms./Mr. who posted regarding Dartmouth's medical physics program, could you give some more detailed information on how to receive the reject notification? Who you asked to for the notification?(director of the graduate program? or your POI?), Did you get offcial notification letter or email?
