Received an email saying check my online application

Rejected my offer, hope someone get my spot :)

I made a shortlist of applicants that were given interviews. 20 min interview was conducted today via skype. Asked about research interests, other schools I'm considering, and previous coursework. Told that admissions decisions will be made in a few weeks.

To those who have received decisions, how did you find out? Would the application page change to reflect the acceptance/rejectance or is it through emails?

I was first emailed by prof. Haralick (the chair), and the next day got an email that a decision was made on the website.

To the poster below that is waited list in CUNY, did they sent you an email telling you that you are waited list or did you contact them?

To the poster below asking about Cuny. They sent me an email this morning. But I've been in contact with them for about a week asking about my application status. Have you been interviewed as well? What's your research field? What are your credentials (GPA, GREs, International/Domestic)?

To CUNY poster below, I don't get any response from them and of course they didn't interview me, so I think they will reject me. I am international student with 160/150 on a general GRE but did not have PGRE. With a 2 year research experience and one thesis.

Was told there was an applicant pool of nearly 300--they've sent acceptances out to their top 10.

To the wait-listed person: was it a generic email?

To the person asking about the nature of the waitlist email: they included my name, but otherwise generic.

To the poster below, did you withdraw already? What's your subfield?

Accepted to the program. but rejected the offer for another program. Good luck to those who are waiting!!!

I had to email the department and they let me know that I was rejected.

Has anyone heard back for French?
