To the poster of Boston College below: May I ask you got informed by asking or the message sent from them directly? In fact, I got waitlisted by inquiry as well, but it seems a generic answer.

To the reply below: yes, I have received information upon inquiry. I did not take the subject GRE test. Do you have one?

Got an email instructing me to check applicant portal. There was a generic rejection letter posted to my account.

email to check the application page.. first rejection.

E-mail to check the website. Getting rejected by having three papers in peer-reviewed journals is weird. I guess I am very good for their program.
