Mathematics PhD Graduate School Admission Results

Emailed Northeastern a while ago and they told me I was waitlisted, can someone please decline if you decided not to go? I need to know so I can make a decision before April 15.

I am an EECS undergrad, so this was inevitable. No masters offer either.

I have received an email starting with "My apologies for contacting you so late — could you please tell us whether you are still interested in us? Our offer would look like this: ...".

Got an e-mail stating that they have made as many offers as they were able to, but they gave a high rating to my application. I guess I am kind of waitlisted (as it happened last year). I declined the waitlist because I accepted another offer. I hope this will help someone. Good luck to the other waitlisted candidates.

Inquired via email, was told I am on the unofficial waitlist.

Emailed the admission office for status. They already rejected me from the doctoral program and my application is under reviewed by other master program.

Inquired via email, was told I was not accepted to the PhD program but that I am currently being reviewed for the Masters program.

Inquired via email, was told I am on the waitlist and that more information should come by the end of next week.

We had an interview mid-march, he asked me some technical questions and then he talked about his recent works and problems and about my background and preferences. I was a perfect fit to the program, imo. I declined two other offers I had, hopefully someone who was in waiting list gets those. ^_^

I declined the waitlist, hope it helps to someone. "We have given your application a high rating and we are accordingly considering the possibility of an offer, ... Please keep us informed of your status."

I have been waitlisted via an email. I sincerely request anyone with offers from UMass Amherst, who do not wish to join to please decline the offer as soon as possible. This is my only hope of an offer, and I would be very happy if I get this one. I have been rejected from everywhere else Please guys.
