Until what ranking does bocconi, usually accept waitlisted applicants?

To posters very below: Princeton is a top rank university (top 5), so you are not going to see many posts here saying they will reject an offer from Princeton. However, I guess it is true that those who receive an offer from Princeton have offers from other universities such as MIT, Harvard, and Stanford and with a high probability, they will decline Princeton (unless they have specific preferences towards Princeton). Add to those 3 schools Berkeley (which is located in a better area and is very good in labor I think), Yale (which I think is better in metrics), and maybe Northwestern (which I think is very good in theory) and Chicago (which I think have had more star placements than Princeton) that I think are comparable to Princeton. Moreover, do not forget about business schools (although their size is very small compared to Econ programs.)

I received the acceptance decision earlier this week. They asked me whether I have any external funding. After I emailed them regarding internal funding opportunities, Daniella Harper (the administrative director) recommended that I apply for external funding. I guess this is the British way of telling that "no funding for you, nor any other source of financial help." I guess very few people got the tuition fee waiver. The ESRC also rejected me. It seems like there are no decent external funding opportunities to apply to. The administrative director sent me a website of UCL regarding funding, but it is too complicated and there are no decent scholarships at all. I have lower top schools (with full funding) in Europe as my other options. Probably I'll end up at one of them. Still, this kind of acceptance hurt. Got a similar offer from UPF as well. It feels weird that schools actually ask you to pay them during your PhD. Too bad that they are the best two after LSE.

I believe if you havent heard back it's because they are doing this on a rolling basis (and you're probably on an implicit waitlist like I was)

[Not waitlist] Has anyone heard back (acceptance, rejection, or waitlist) from the GEM program? What's their timeline like?

[NOT Interview] Haven't heard back from BU. Apparently they have sent both rejections ans acceptances for the past couple of days. Is it an IR?
