Reached out after seeing the posted below. Seems like if you haven't heard from UCSD yet, it's either a rejection (or maybe a waitlist).

I received an informal email saying that they are interested in recruiting me in Feb. Did anyone in the same boat receive followup or official letters? I followed up once and they told me that they are going to give update this week but it's already Friday.

Emailed to enquire and received offer letter shortly afterwards.

Ignore the waitlist. Have anyone heard from Louisiana state university?

No GRE submitted. GPA not on a 4.0 scale. The decision letter read “We have carefully considered all of your application materials, and unfortunately your admission has not been approved. There were a great many excellent applications, and therefore the final decision was very difficult. I sincerely regret that we are unable to approve your admission...'

[Ignore Interview] Have anyone heard back from Northwestern? Are they currently sorting out who to waitlist? Please share some insight if you have one!

I'm on the waitlist at Duke. Asking cordially if anybody who has an offer from Duke - but is planning to take another offer - could reject Duke sooner rather than later? Duke is a much better match for me than the offer I'm currently holding (which I would like to be able to reject in the event that I get into Duke). Thanks.
