Waitlist for funding, please decline if you have dominant offers. Please! Thank you! I was soooo sad recently and star looking for job. This is my only waitlist for funding and it is my dream school since I am interested in public. Professor directly sent me an email, with a shortlist for funding.

Undergrad major Korean history, minor econ, MA major econ (2 math courses from undergrad math major, 2 math courses from undergrad econ major, 1 stat course from undergrad econ major, 1 undergrad econmet course, 5 grad econmet courses), TOEFL total 101(RC 29 LC 29 SPK 19 WRT 24), 100(RC 27 LC 28 SPK 21 WRT 24)

Ignore the interview. Has anyone heard from UCSB yet?

Do you think this time the admissions are more hard? Is there an effect of Covid and people have applied more in number for Phd economics for Fall 2022?

First got the email that I would be reconsidered for the second deadline, now got a quicker answer anyway. Will reject, so good luck to everyone on the waitlist!

I was notified from the interim director that you have been offered admission with full funding. Official letter will come in a week.

Ignore Interview. I have not heard from NYC, not acceptance, not rejection, and not waitlist. Anybody else on the same page?

Ignore Waitlist. TPB. I reached out to them a couple of weeks back. Haven't heard back from them. IDK when they are going to roll out decisions.

Ignore WL. Has anyone heard from Stockholm University yet? From last year's posts they tend tossed their offers in the first week of March

I sent an email and received the reply: "At this point you are very high on our "waitlist", for lack of a better word. The committee gave you an excellent score, and we would be thrilled to have you here! The only reason why you were not admitted in the first round is because I was conservative and I have admitted an unusually small number of students so far"
