Computer Science PhD Graduate School Admission Results

I was expecting a rejection email. There was no interview and I didn't receive any email last week.

Can somebody who was accepted into Cornell CS PhD post their profile (in particular AI/ML)?

Just to follow up on my previous post about this interview ... It was via Skype. The professor was nice, even though I was a nervous wreck the entire time. He mentioned that he can only take on one student (maaaaybe 2, but very unlikely) and he's interviewing 5-6.

This year we had an unusually high number of incredibly talented applicants. Since the number of students that we can accept is quite limited, we were forced to reject many excellent students.

1 published and 2 submitted papers (international journals and conferences). Had applied in NLP/Deep learning.

Does anybody know about the transfer of the application to a different program? For example I indicated ORIE as an alternative during my application. Or is it a double "no" :) ?

to the poster below: you have to contact the cs department to let them know that you want them to transfer your file to the orie department. it's not automatic. hope it helps!
