To the applicant below for the Ph.D program in Econ at GWU, I will decline the AD today and hope this can help you go out of the waiting list and enter the program.

Rejected from waiting list. So sad that I can not stay and study with my wife.

Anyone on the GWU's wait list got accepted, or heard back from them?

Finally, my dream school said yes! offer with 20,000 for working 10.5 months/year for 4 years. It was a long way to be here but you should believe you can. Do your best and never give up~ hope meet you in Rice!

I don't know when they decline the application. The website just inform "departmental Decline".

Has anyone obtained additional funding (besides tuition waiver) in these days?

Receive email from committee members about funding. Still no funding. Declined. Good luck for someone who are in the waiting list for admission.

Accepted off the waitlist without a funding offer. Will not be accepting.

Today, when I checked the website, it says " No offer has been made. Click on 'View To Do List' link below to review any outstanding items." What does this mean? Rejection or continue to be wait listed?
