I am also exactly the Same state.. "submitted" since submission.... :/ I contacted them asking a specific time for the final results, they didn't reply. Wasn't interviewed by my POI after the application was submitted in November. How many of you are still waiting to hear back? Raise your hands please if you are a waiting Ph.D. student. |

I suppose it means the offers are finalized and submitted to the school for the funding to be processed. No more offers to the other candidates unless you are offered by now. ;( |
