Guess the rejection means they are finished admitting from waitlist, hope we all have better luck next year.

Got email to check portal. Initially was told to check back in mid march and end april. They never replied to my emails in mid march or end april. Seems they lost interest in me. At least finally got the rejection.

Emailed to check portal. Wish they had told me sooner. Their PDE and Analysis department was very strong. They had told me I was on the waitlist and kept on postponing the result from March end and then they said April end. But anyway I got accepted another school where I wanted.

They deferred my application last year stating lack of funds for GTA appointment. But this year they put me on waitlist and at the end rejected my application.

Emailed to check portal, and there comes the generic rejection letter. I emailed them a long ago, and found out that it seems that they typically doesn't make waitlist, and sent many first offers to others earlier. If someone is waiting for Wustl, this year or in the future, I think there has a very low chance. Anyway, I got into another school!

LOL they rejected me with a generic "there were many very strong applicants this year"... I don't really care because I've already committed to another program.

Rejected me two weeks after I emailed the coordinator to withdraw my application. Found it very funny.

Emailed them a week ago. I was on their waitlist and was informed by email today to check the Application portal for a status update.

Accepted off the waitlist....... No GRE, No TOEFL. But have enough research experience with different publishable articles. I am so glad right now. It can only be God, God be praised!

I accepted my offer

Received waitlist back in February and got off it yesterday. Generous stipend but poor research environment imo. Declined offer this morning and good luck to those who still want to get in!

Initially waitlisted but told I have very good chances. Was very on the fence b/w here and a couple of other schools. Ultimately after talking to my advisors decided it wasn't the right choice for me. Best of luck to everyone!
