To FSU following, how did you know your application status? They notified you by email?

I had to call them and track down someone who could give me my result. They mailed out their decisions a week ago, but nobody has received them yet. What kind of CS department doesn't send out emails?

Put in a call to check the status of the application—website has not had a decision ready. They asked if I had any other offers, asked if I wanted a response that day, I said yes, but that I could wait, then got an email response later that day with a rejection, asking if I would like to be considered for the Masters program. I said yes, and am waiting to a response about that. Geez!
