We regret to inform you that the committee is unable to offer you admission. Each year the number of applicants far exceeds the number we can admit, which makes the decision process difficult and painstaking. As a result, many strong candidates are denied admission to our program.

Receive notification about PhD nomination, official letter in coming weeks. No chenged in applicant portal yet. Toefl wavied, no GRE.

Since the number of students who can be accepted is limited and the overall quality of applicants is very high, it is not possible to accept many excellent students who are interested in coming to Cornell.
