I got an email saying I got a Conditional offer because I dont have the required language document. Once I submit the proficiency, I am in !! (Syntax)

Has anyone who got interviewed heard back, either from their potential supervisor or on the portal ? I had an interview with potential supervisor + department head on January 14 and I am still waiting on a decision. Portal still mentions: "Under review by the department"

Just checked portal. No email.

Email saying I haven't been accepted.

Not surprised, the only function is to verify that my mailbox is working (1R,0A,0I,9P-7 silent reject I think).
