Computer Science Masters Graduate School Admission Results

I still have not gotten any notifications or admissions decisions from UCSD. Anyone else?

I also interviewed in the second week of March and haven't heard back yet. Did they give literally everyone an interview? My interview had two attempts at each question and I bombed the first attempt for each cuz I knew I had a second one...maybe a mistake. Did any of the accepts' recommenders receive a verification email? I converted a GPA of 9/10 to a 3.48/5 ... feeling like that was a mistake...anyway, I don't have too much hope because of the large number of admits that are already out.

Is there ANY info on the research scholarships?

I received an acceptance around the end of Feb but haven't been able to know since then, the exact date, by when we are supposed to respond back with our decision. I even mailed Tom Hurst to check an exact date/deadline to respond back with our decision but he responded back saying anytime before the beginning of Summer instead of mentioning an exact date. Does anyone here (may have also received an acceptance from UMD) know about the exact date/deadline to respond back with our decision?

Emailed the program and got a reply that most applications have been reviewed and decisions have been made. If no email was received, it is unlikely that an offer of admission will be made.

From Email : "Thank you for your application to the Masters Program in Computer Science at the University of Chicago. There is no overt advantage in applying to one round over another, and we admit students from all three rounds. As you have applied by our Round 2 Deadline of April 3rd, you will receive an admission decision from us by our Round 2 Notification Date of April 24th"

:( UCSD gave admit to people who got rejects from NEU, ASU and didn't give admits to better profiles. Understanding on what basis the admits are given is damn impossible. PS: I am not demeaning anyone but just stating the facts

Strong letters from 2 iit professors and one from foreign intern prof. Admits from UT austin, ETH, CMU, USC. Rejects from maryland gatech ucsd ucla.
