TTPB I have a lower GPA (Marginally)and GRE score and I was able to get admits from BU and another uni for MSCS while doing an undergrad in ECE. There must be something wrong with your SOP or your college selection must have been ambitious.

TTPB: When did you receive the email of acceptance ? Was it on 8th May only? Did you have an interview with the Professor before receiving the admit or the admit came in as a surprise provided it is late in May they have replied.

Got the email this morning about my waitlist status, with the extended deadline now being July 15th. Timeline is too long, and not worth last minute changes. Will be removing myself from the waitlist and accepting my other offer.

Got an email saying the deadline for results are extended and current status is waitlisted. I can't wait till then and will go ahead with one of my other admits.

Anyone else get waitlisted? Since the last day for decision is now extended to be July 15, do you plan to wait?

Got accepted by email. Had an interview with one of the professors in February, but received an offer from another professor.

Hello, I needed a bit of an advice and this is not just for Boston. I applied this year with 166Q, 152V,4.5 AWA, 7.7/10 cgpa from a Tier 2 univ in India. My undergraduation is in ECE and I applied for MS CS. But could not get any admits. I have around 3 internships, some teaching experience and 3 IEEE conference publications. 2 moderate-strong LOR and 1 moderate. Strong SOP. Do you guys suggest that I give GRE again and would it improve my profile significantly? I know this is not a place to discuss these things but I thought it would be best to take advice from people that have already got an admit. Thank you.

I think UC Davis is much better than UFL, because it's near the bay area.

Emailed admissions about application status and got an automatic reply. Has anyone heard when more decisions will be made?

TTPB: My history doesn't show "Your application is submitted". I'm just seeing Application Checklist and Post Submission Document on the portal from past 1 month. Is anyone seeing the same? I remember submitting the application in december and have been waiting for so ...so long...

TTPB : I am facing the same issue on the AIS portal. Also, I can't see any decision on the portal. Can someone let me know how do they update you with the decision?

My status still says submitted as well. I think it's likely a rejection at this point, but they must still be admitting students. I don't know how it could take this long if everyone still waiting is just going to be rejected.

TTPB: Just curious, what were your GRE scores? I want to see if I am in the same boat.

TTPB: I want to assume that it's a rejection.. but I feel like there were not enough posts on this forum for me to believe it, especially because a lot of them were not specified as the MCS or MSCS
