Received an admit at 1:30 a.m. PST for generalised MS in CS

TTPB: Can any of the MSCV admits post the content in their admit email? Want to know if the admits were real or fake and if there is any info on the total applicants and number of admits.

International Fulbright student (Spain). Admission for MSCS (Artificial Intelligence). No Interview required. Collaborations with Spanish Government in AI applied to COVID-19 issues.

Accepted via email from supervisor. One paper in undergrad directly related to my narrow area of interest.

Weak Pub, 9+ GPA, Old IIT

TTPB: is UCSD doing rolling admissions for the MS? I thought the decision date was supposed to be in March.

BS in AeroE, no minor in CS. 2.5 years work experience. 2 publications in unrelated field.

TTPB: Yes, I applied before 1st of Dec. Had good GRE score and good SOP, decent LORs. international. no work experience

Does anyone have any news about UBC CS admission interview or decision?

Admitted with decent funding offer. Graduating this semester from SFU with some research experience.

Some research experience but nothing published.

Although I have graduated from UCSD in Fall 2020, I never forgot the night when I received congs email from grad admission office. Graduated from UCSD with a bachelor degree in CS, applied in 2016 but got rejected. Worked for 3 years and re-applied, finally got accepted for MS CS program. Most valuable program when you consider tuition and living expense. Great experience here.
