Applied for Fall 2017, admitted for Spring 2018 instead, so can confirm that people are receiving deferred acceptances. Happy with the result regardless and will accept.

To the poster asking for admission statuses: there are still decisions pending. See the "canadian computer science" in the "waiting it out" section of the forum.

Still no hearing-back. No idea whether I'm rejected or waitlisted. Anyone in the same situation right now?

To the poster below, I did not get notified. I have assumed I am waitlisted as they have finished giving everyone rejects and only a few still have not got the decisions.

On April 7, status changed to 'Decision made' in the morning and admit letter was posted on website later in the day.

To the admit below, I got an email from dept too, informing about admit and asking for scanned undergrad degree. I sent it the next day but portal status hasn't changed yet. I enquired on 7th and was told to wait a couple more days. Are you waiting too?

Email from cs dept. Official letter and funding(20k) coming later.

Reply from the CS admission committee " your application is still under review.you can expect results after April 14. Since there is no decision made, and we had already given out several admits , it's safe to assume that the offer will not be made.Best of luck"
