Alas, wait-listed for funding, but still some good news to start the week off with.

Was given 38k in aid. For the tuition it's not enough, haggling for more.

Requested an early letter due to my acceptance to Pratt. Very nicely worded.

No financial aid info yet. Waiting to hear!

I emailed to ask my status, and they emailed me back a scanned copy of my rejection letter.

Expected. RISD looks for a very personal artist style, which I didn't have. More into profession and portfolio reflected that.

First choice, so nervous. If anyone has been accepted yet decided not going, please do the needful and help! Thanks.

Just following up on my acceptance because Texas State reached out about decisions before info on funding was released. I recently found out I was awarded an IA/TAship for the 3 years of the program, which means tuition is covered and I'll be getting a modest stipend (on top of other scholarship opportunities through the English department once there). Majority of the students at Texas State get this or some form of full-funding/the equivalent of full-funding, so I have to say that I think the program is really under the radar and I feel really lucky to have gotten in! 3a/1w/10r/6p

Been eerily quiet on here from USC since the admissions scandal broke. Coincidence? According to the website, School of Cinematic Arts stuff should be sent "Mid-March"
