Organismic And Evolutionary Biology (OEB), The University Of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass) Not sure why I got contacted so late for this since the deadline for application was Dec. 1st. I really should have heard back sooner given the deadline but oh well! I got better offers anyway and this was my last choice of where I applied. Weird situation though since at the beginning of March I got an email from my PI saying she didn't know about the status of my application but then I let her know I was going to pick one of my other options where I had already been accepted. So I wonder if this is a rejection since she let them know this or if I truly was rejected. Either way I'm stupid excited for the place I will be attending so this rejection doesn't sting at all!

Organismic And Evolutionary Biology (OEB), Harvard (Graduate School Of Arts And Sciences) Received invited to visiting days (2/5-2/7). Currently in Master's program (3.965 GPA). 2 years masters research, 1 semester undergrad research, no pubs/manuscripts. Contacted the POI during the summer prior to applying. For anyone wondering: visiting days inc. interviews with POI, grad student/post-docs from lab of interests, & 3 addtl faculty.
