Has penn state sent out the 2nd round of admission decisions yet? No post since January 20th. Anyone knows any update?

To the Penn State admits, would you mind sharing some info about your offers, such as were you offered a TA or RAship, for how much per month, for 9 months or 12 months a year, and for what period of time (i.e. 2 years for 4 years, etc)? Thank you very much!

Okay. Another rej. Have already had my good offer. Not sad.

No acceptance nor rejection in the early round, had some hope and now all gone.

However, given the extremely high quality of the pool of applicants this year and our limited resources, we are unable to make you an offer to join the PhD program in economics." Disappointed but not surprised. Fingers crossed for the rest of my applications.

26k stipend + 2k extra first year, guaranteed summer support + tuition/fees waiver.

3.7 overall GPA. 3.8 CMD GPA. Athlete, good letters of rec and some shadowing.

No merit based aid. Waiting on need based aid.

So happy! This was my first notification and it's def high on my list. congrats to everyone :)
