Got a phone interview for today.

I have a phone interview tomorrow. This is for the January start, Oregon cohort distance program.

Received my rejection email today after 5 months of zero communication. Have already accepted elsewhere

To the poster below, thank you for the response. I was told about a month ago that we would hear in two weeks, but I called and spoke to Linda and this is not the case. She said that it typically takes 8-10 weeks from the time applications were sent for review. I hope we hear back soon! I am so anxious! Good luck to everyone who has applied!

To the comment below me about UA. I had my interview a month ago and they said they would be letting us know in a couple of weeks. I haven't received any notification of acceptance or rejection yet, but they were supposed to notify us about a week ago.

I had SLPA internship experience, imo strong essays, and great letters of reference to balance out my app. Applied to Emerson and CSUN distance in June but havent heard back. Accepted NYU cause of decision deadline & scholarship. NYU gives out scholarships based on financial need which made it closer in tuition $ to Emerson's... something to consider. Hope this info helps with your app cycles :)

I just declined my attendance to Columbia University. I hope it helps someone from the waitlist.

I'm obviously not surprised, it's AUGUST. It was so nice of them to get back to me, what, a month before fall semester? What a joke. If I was depending on this school I, I'd be pissed.

Got rejected last year and this year back in the spring. Received a call last week asking if I was interested in attending and had my interview this morning. I truly feel blessed to have this opportunity! Do not give up hope and keep moving forward. Adelphi was my number one choice back when I began my grad app process. I was feeling so down about a second year of rejection from several schools, and things turned around! Stay positive!

I was once rejected to this school, like the poster said below. I was very persistent, I kept reapplying working on my application, emailing the department. Never give up hope your time will come! So excited to be accepted to a school and starting in the fall!
