I got an invitation for Grad visitation day and had a meeting with couple of professors there. Two professors told me if I am interested in their research, in that case they will offer RA. I finalized one professor and he sent me offer with full funding as a RA. We were total 11 electrical engineering students in the visitation day, and many of them are considering some other programs. When will ECE dept issue the mass acceptance notifications for PhD? I have been interviewed months ago by PI, yet no notification of acceptance or rejection. It is insane. Are they considering not to admit international PhD candidates this year due to covid-19? Then they should have sent formal decision. Keeping us waiting is not a solution. | ||||
