- When will ECE dept issue the mass acceptance notifications for PhD? I have been interviewed months ago by PI, yet no notification of acceptance or rejection. It is insane. Are they considering not to admit international PhD candidates this year due to covid-19? Then they should have sent formal decision. Keeping us waiting is not a solution.
