Was waitlisted in April and finally admitted in mid-May. While I was interested in the program and it would have saved me a lot of money (I can stay with family for free in Houston), I got accepted to UT months ago with a scholarship. UT is a better program anyway and I love the campus, so it was a quick decline from me. | ||||

To the poster below asking about Clarendon: I was informed about a week ago. I had been put forward for ESRC at the outset, but was eventually classified as Overseas, which made that moot. About three weeks ago I was then told that I was NOT successful with Clarendon. The news was entirely unexpected and I was very close to simply withdrawing my application and moving on to an offer I had elsewhere. The letter was emailed direct from Clarendon and specified that I had two weeks to notify them of my decision. Long story short, there are still people who will be getting late offers! | ||||
