Was notified to check website. I saw some one posted the interview but I didn't get any interview. Already expected this result

To the poster below: I also have not received anything yet. Maybe they are just very delayed this season. I am an international student which also might explain it.

Has anyone heard from the BE program at Penn?

I also got the same email. If you click the link in the email, it says "Your qualification for the fellowships listed below does not guarantee you will be a recipient of these funds, or that you are admitted to the ESE PhD Program." I had an interview ~2 weeks ago and got this email today. I think this email does not mean much. I would guess it means that if you do qualify for fellowships, it would mean you have a higher chance of acceptance because you would cost them very little money. I would assume it is best not to overthink the email. The email says we will hear back in 2-3 weeks. Best of luck to all.

To poster below, did you receive an interview before receiving the email regarding the fellowships today? I also got the email, but don't know what it means. Thanks.

Received an email (as a bcc) from a program coordinator asking that I fill out a google doc regarding fellowship eligibility (both for US Citizens only). Email noted "You can expect to receive a decision within 2-3 weeks."

Told to check decision letter in online application

Got an email to check status on website.

Check Admission Decision to generic rejection letter, expected

Fourth Rejection - Reason not stated. I'm highly disappointed.
