A little bit surprised I was contacted by a prof who is not my POI. Have a quick chat focusing on my previous project experience and research interests today. Subfield: CMP

Got MS offer. No Interview.

Declined today (3/18). Good luck everyone!

Very kind email from DGS saying 10 people were on the waitlist. Crossing my fingers for my dream program!

Not a fit at all.

IGNORE WAITLIST. Has anybody heard from them for astro yet? I saw a few rejections on here at the beginning of March and nothing since. Getting anxious.

GPA is Grad

Email director to ask and was replied with rejection email. Better now or never! Dear Applicant, I am sorry to report that, after carefully reviewing all applications for graduate study in music at the University of Pittsburgh, we are not admitting you to the program. Decisions were difficult this year, as we received a large number of applications and the level of academic achievement was extremely high. At the same time, we are limited in the number we can accept. We are grateful for your interest in our program and wish you the best of luck in your graduate studies.

Ignore status. Does anyone know if they had sent out all rejects/offers/waitlists? Never heard from them.

Mass email CC'd to all rejects

If you have dominant offers, please decline Pitt! This is my biggest hope.
