to the poster below asking about UCF and USF, I was accepted to both programs and for me, USF was the obvious choice. i have friends in the program right now who love it, and through my undergrad experience here, i've been able to gather a lot of insight on how the program does things. LOVE the clinic and every supervisor i have met has been extremely warm and friendly. i dont know much about UCF, but USF is a great choice! hope this helps :)

Does anyone know if all assistantships were sent out? I saw that someone got one but I wasn't sure if they sent one all at once.

Will not be accepting as I have already committed to another university. Hopefully someone deserving can benefit and take the open spot! (Very annoyed how late decisions were sent out, applied Feb. 15 and this is my first hearing back/no wait-listing.)

Received my acceptance packet in the mail today.

I got notified today by email! Not my first choice but I’m still excited! I may not be accepting but will remove myself from the list as soon as I know to open up a spot for someone else. Good luck everyone!

For those of you still waiting to hear back for Fall 2018 can you post your stats?

I reached out to the department and was told they are in the process of finishing Summer and that Fall decisions will follow soon after. Was also told that they could be sent up until May! Hope this helps those anxiously waiting :)

Just turned down my admission offer, hope this helps someone out who's waiting!

Email said that a letter was sent to my permanent address, but if I haven’t received it yet attached was my rejection letter. Kind of shocked since last year they waitlisted me with a lower GPA, lower GRE scores in all categories, and less experience. I took my name off of their waitlist last year when I accepted a position as a special education paraprofessional so I could gain more experience working with kids. I continued to work as an ABA therapist, added an additional LOR from the head of the com dis department at my school, retook the GRE and improved my scores by a lot, and updated my personal statement. Not sure what else I could have done to improve my application from last year and show that I’m serious about this profession.

I have a 3.93 GPA and pretty average GRE scores. I'm sure you'll hear back soon! They just seem to be a few steps behind the other schools

Will be denying my spot. Decided to attend another school. Great program though, and I am happy to help someone get off the wait list.

Has anyone made a facebook group? I am out of state and I'm gonna need to find a roommate :)
