Accepted with 15k funding (including a TAship and an RAship). Canadian applicant.

The funding decision will come later.

Notification of acceptance and funding through email by the Graduate Director. A formal official email with the offer letter will be followed soon. This is much relieving after consecutive rejections over the last two months. 2a/4r/0w/2p.

Plan to decline an offer from LSE. Good luck to people on the waitlist :)

Finally heard back and not surprised. I wish they would have been more timely with their decisions. CP Focus, Congratulations to anyone accepted - End of My Applications (1a/8r/0w/0p)

This was my first choice, but unfortunately I got rejected

domestic applicant, grad gpa 4.0, undergrad gpa 4.0 status changed online, awaiting funding details

congratulations to those who got admissions, whatever, I have received a better offer.

Did somebody hear from the department? Based on previous years of data, they should have announced the results already.

Has anyone else not received an email yet but already has an offer on the LFY portal?

TTPB: I had an interview earlier this month and I didn't hear back. I was told that decisions will be released in mid-March, so I'm expecting it next week. There are 5 funded spots and 5 waitlists for funding coming, out of 54 interviewees. I hope this helps.

Interview mid-January - the decision took 8 weeks

Same here! I also have upcoming deadlines next week, and LSE is my top choice. Please decline your offer if you have better offers. You don't know how much it would mean to me. Thanks.

To the poster below re IR MPhil/PhD at LSE: all interviews of potential admissions were being held last week (first week of march) and that (informal, department-wise) offers would be made by mid-march - at least that's what the panel told me. Funding & Official notification (school-wise) would then take a couple more weeks. So if you weren't interviewed for IR, then chances are you are not getting in this time around. Sorry... :( [although I could be mistaken - admissions are a misterious process]. Good Luck!

People who received offers. My congratulations! Does anyone plan to decline? If so, then, please, decline as soon as possible. I just have a deadline on another offer, while LSE is my top choice. Thank you!
