- To the poster below re IR MPhil/PhD at LSE: all interviews of potential admissions were being held last week (first week of march) and that (informal, department-wise) offers would be made by mid-march - at least that's what the panel told me. Funding & Official notification (school-wise) would then take a couple more weeks. So if you weren't interviewed for IR, then chances are you are not getting in this time around. Sorry... :( [although I could be mistaken - admissions are a misterious process]. Good Luck!
